The ATL Airport team is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide them with administrative and organizational support.

The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes :

• Superior organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter who embraces technology

What you will do :

• Organize department activities, review / vet incoming requests, and coordinating with other departments
• Perform administrative duties including copying, scanning, and mailing
• Track dates, deadlines, and maintain the calendar
• Organize and maintain documents in paper and electronic filing systems
• Coordinate other administrative tasks as assigned and assist in department
• Accurately collect data and maintain in appropriate data bases
• Review and process invoices in a timely manner
