About the HR Business Partner role...

Working as an integral part of the HR team, you will partner with the business in order to drive employee engagement, retention and high performance. Provide support and guidance on operational HR issues, building leadership and organisational capability through coaching and facilitation. Supporting the delivery of the global HR strategy to engage, develop and scale our high performing teams

What you'll do...

  • Supporting the Senior HR Business Partners with operational people oriented initiatives
  • Coach, support, mentor and challenge leaders in the application of HR policies and practices, providing advice and guidance on complex HR matters in order to minimise risk
  • Building strong relationships with your business units to develop department specific initiatives to support people engagement and development 
  • Proactively manage all employee relations matters.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant legislative requirements relating to the employment and management of teams
  • Support the global HR team with projects/initiatives as required, e.g. global salary reviews & benchmarking, employee engagement surveys/initiatives, L&D programs & training, HR policy development and rollout
  • HRIS admin and reporting, ensuring all employee onboarding & offboarding tasks, employee documentation and personal information etc. is up to date and accurate.
  • Developing reports for your business units and broader organisation to ensure data driven decisions can be made. 
What you'll have...
  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel, and strong analytical skills
  • Experience in designing and effectively executing HR initiatives that drive people development and engagement
  • Previous experience in a fast paced organisation with a strong focus on change management, talent development and high performance culture
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven interpersonal skills to effectively build exceptional relationships with key stakeholders to enable true business partnershipPrevious experience in supporting/leading HR projects
