Job Responsibilities
- Objection handling
- Booking repairs / updating customers on their current repairs
- Navigating around multiple systems whilst conversing with customers
- Troubleshooting equipment
- Liaising with manufacturers / repair centres
- Organising replacements, exchanges and refunds
- Answering delivery queries
- Excellent vocal and written communication
