Job Responsibilities

  • Objection handling
  • Booking repairs / updating customers on their current repairs
  • Navigating around multiple systems whilst conversing with customers
  • Troubleshooting equipment
  • Liaising with manufacturers / repair centres
  • Organising replacements, exchanges and refunds
  • Answering delivery queries
  • Excellent vocal and written communication
