Job Title: LPN

Location: Columbia, MO 65201

Contract: 14 weeks

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm, No weekends or holidays

Salary: $36/hr on W2

Job Description:

· Family Practice clinic with 8 providers.

· Busy family practice clinic. Sees all ages, great teamwork in clinic, excellent and experienced providers.

· Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Routine immunizations, setting up equipment for Well Woman exams, point of care testing (Strep, flu, pregnancy testing, A1Cs). Visual eye acuity charts.

Common Equipment:

· EKG's, A1C machine, Point of care testing machines,

Clinical Skill Comments:

· Collecting and recording patient vital signs, home medication intake, history intake, point of care testing, assiting provider with needed procedures.

· Triage skills for pt phone calls, input orders for labs/procedures, chart prep for clinic day per provider preference, relaying results and answering questions as they arise, completing and obtaining prior authorizations.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $36.15 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

• 3x12
• Monday to Friday
