Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)(RN) to join our healthcare team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients while adhering to all medical protocols and standards.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes or concerns
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Perform basic medical procedures such as tube feeding, gastric lavage, and airway management
- Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing
- Assist with medical imaging procedures as directed by physicians
- Maintain infection control measures to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN/RN license.
- Proficient in senior care practices and procedures
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Familiarity with sterile processing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
