ServiceNow Architect Opened again
ServiceNow Architects
We have multiple ServiceNow Architect openings with AT&T. I have included the Architect job description but there are multiple positions open where
candidates do not need to be architect level. If they are lead developers, or strong senior developers with 10 years of experience I can find a place to
use them within this project. Let me know if any more information is needed. Thank you!
Don't look Steward in resumes just send simple ServiceNow architects , lead developers senior levels of whatever module you
get as they have multiple roles and apex will figure out for which module they can use them
Catalog and Portal are probably half the position Should hopefully find someone with both Knowledge Mgmt. should probably be one full resource Field Services Replacement for things like Force & Edge. Not sure to what extent Best Practices is specifically focused around development, broad scope w/in NOW, excellent communicator
We do not have Job IDs created in bullhorn yet so please email candidates over to me.
Positions: ServiceNow Architects also potentially some Dev/Lead Dev roles
Visas: Candidates must be able to work without sponsorship now and in the future ,
Locations: Candidates must be open to potential onsite in Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA. Will look at strong candidates open to relocation.
10 years exp
Notes about the roles There is a lot of information below so if you find any strong architects please send over and I will be able to talk with them and figure out what they are the best fit for.
Where the below says Module Steward that person is going to need to be an Architect. Data Steward roles could be a lead dev, data SME, engineer or an architect....just someone very well versed in their area of expertise
*Wants all spots hired within the next 2 weeks* -- 2 round IV process- all virtual
Modules they are prioritizing:
Reporting is BIG one, should be single person. On and off platform.
Module steward primarily concerned with single module (ITSM, ITOM, etc.) specific responsibility and ownership of a module ideally Architects
Data steward similar, need to understand the table they're responsible for. Doesn't necessarily need to have an architect background but strong background in that area WITHIN NOW
Customer Contacts How contacts get managed throughout the platform
WFO Workforce Optimization module (think of it like replacement for Fieldglass)
Catalog and Portal are probably half the position should hopefully find someone with both
Knowledge Management should probably be one full resource
Field Service Management replacement for things like Force & Edge.
Best Practices is specifically focused around development, broad scope w/in NOW, excellent communicator.
