Job Title: Servicenow COE Enterprise Architect

Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Description:

This is a client facing role in the COE (Center of Excellence Organization) which serves as a hub for deep expertise driving business growth. This role will work closely with clients, partners, and Capgemini business units to identify digital transformation opportunities. You will need to understand the client’s business needs and understand which Capgemini Offers can address the requirements. The candidate will be expected to identify, shape, and scope opportunities, proposal, and solution, price and write the Statement of Work as/if necessary. This role participates in project delivery to provide expertise as required and ensure what was solutioned and promised to client is delivered as designed and identify additional transformation opportunities, act as authority in Red Team to address critical issues for the key accounts.

The COE team member will continuously monitor trending in market opportunities and will develop and drive cases to support enhanced capability/service/offer development.

This role provides thought-leadership and engage in the publication of white papers, articles, podcasts, and participate in industry conferences.

This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow Platform, Service Integration, consulting skills, and good understanding of how the technology can help our client needs and drive business value.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with C-level and Executive level Business and IT Partners
  • Clear vision on market situation and direction
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Track record of delivering complex engagements
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Excellent listening, written, verbal skills
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • 6 years ServiceNow experience
  • 12 years Consulting experience
  • Possess the ability to clearly articulate the pros and cons of technology choices and solution design decisions and to construct and present rational options to clients and prospective clients.
  • Comfortable facilitating group discussions and leading client strategy and design activities
  • Be willing to learn, grow and stretch into new roles and different industries/domains
  • Have a fully flexible approach to working hours and working away from home during the week; willing to work nationally, with the potential to work internationally if desired
  • A good appreciation of the cost drivers in systems delivery and operations and the commercial consequences of the technical decisions made by you and/or others
  • Ability to develop productive client relationships at different management levels and identify and develop opportunities for new business.
  • In depth understanding of ITIL framework, Certification preferred
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification in at least two areas i.e., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HR, SecOps, IRM
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administration Certification
  • ServiceNow CMA (Certified Master Architect) preferred
