Vice President of Operations Opportunity Description
 
Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health organization. They are looking to add a Vice President of Operations. This role can be based anywhere in New Jersey. Some state-wide travel is required. A Registered Nurse is required with multi-site clinical, operations, financial, and business development leadership background in Medicare certified Home Health or Home Infusion. Joint Venture experience is preferred. Relocation candidates welcome to apply!
 
Vice President of Operations Requirements

• Multi-site Home Care leadership experience
• Expert in Medicare Home Health regulations.
• Registered Nurse with a master’s degree required.

Vice President of Operations Responsibilities

• Operational oversite of all service lines throughout multiple state-wide offices.
• Ensure quality clinical outcomes.
• Management of budgets and financial stability.
• Collaborate with sales team to implement census growth strategies.
