Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to join our team at One Source Housekeeping Solutions, which is a third party vendor providing turnkey services to full service and luxury hotels across the United States. The Vice President of Operations East, will oversee the East Coast from New York to Florida. This position requires travel is 60%. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in hotel operations management, process improvement and training. Strong financial acumen are required.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all operational activities to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance
- Manage and optimize processes to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Drive business development initiatives to support company growth
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with overall business objectives
- Conduct strategic planning to drive continuous improvement in operations
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners

Fulltime position with 60% travel

Pay: $140,000.00 per year plus 25% bonus
