The Role and Team

Bally Interactive is looking for a Vice President of Operations to be responsible for leading the North America Customer Operations Vision for the company. This includes customer support services, operational excellence, fraud, payments, AML, quality assurance and training.

The VP of Operations will bring the leadership vision and skills to harmonize and integrate our blueprint for geographical expansion in line with our business goals for North America. This position requires strong leadership skills and the drive to ensure that our Tools, Processes and Capabilities can evolve and scale in line with the ambitious growth that we have. You will be a champion for the "Voice of the Customer" and ensure that the customer is heard and is incorporated into our planning. You will be proactive and possess excellent communication skills to work with and manage a diverse set of stakeholders across the Interactive division.

What You Will Do

• Lead a large and growing team across multiple sites and different time-zones.
• Develop Training and meet required regulatory trainings per state
• Develop and implement call center systems and process
• Make good business decisions to ensure process meets standards
• Prepare relevant budgets and allocate funds
• Lead and motivate subordinates to develop a high performing team
• Manage competing priorities, diverse stakeholders and self-organize
• Quickly learn and adopt new methods and standards
• Interact with product development teams
• Create simple elegant solutions to solve problems
• 25% travel required between North and South Jersey and nationally

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree or MBA with 10 years of experience with managing gaming operations and 24/7 contact center
• Previous experience managing fraud and payments, quality assurance and overall operations
• Strong leadership with a focus on process and developing team skills
• Strong analytical/critical thinking skills
• Exceptional customer service skills & communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience leading and growing operations within a global organization
• Computer Skills and MS Suite
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
