Overview SilverEdge is seeking a Senior level Analyst-Enterprise-wide knowledge and experience in one or more designated functional and/or concentration areas. Provides support to the customer on program/project operations. Experience developing and executing successful strategic plans. Possesses demonstrated knowledge, extensive experience in the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes across multiple complex tasks in multiple organizations. Defines problems, analyzes and develops strategies to achieve assigned objectives. Manages the preparation of analyses, evaluations, and recommendations for implementation. Provides complex statistical modeling and analysis. Evaluates existing business goals, team functionality, and cross-discipline cooperation and develops recommendations to improve internal performance, shorten throughput time, and minimize internal costs, while increasing the overall quality of work, product, or service output. Implements improved systems, procedures and organizational changes. Employs analysis techniques, such as work breakdown structures, activity-based costing, process and productivity improvement measurements, and program audits/evaluations and performance testing to achieve stated objectives. * Experience in MPTE and personnel readiness
* Working knowledge of Tableau (or other data visualization tools) and SharePoint
* Proficiency with MS Office Tools- demonstrated experience in programming within Microsoft Excel
* Experience with Continuous Process Improvement tools and approaches
Required Education/Experience: A Senior level person is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within a labor category and has more than 15 years of experience and a BA/BS degree in a related field. A Senior level person typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A Senior level person may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. 6 years additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's Degree plus 4 years additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Security Clearance: Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret Clearance. Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required. * Experience with Power Query/Power BI
* Expertise analyzing and merging data from disparate sources
* Possess a working knowledge of modern software languages (R , Python)
* Familiarity with Jupiter and MyNavy HR's Enterprise Authoritative Data Environment
* Familiarity with Performance to Plan and Get Real Get Better Initiatives
* Master's Degree
* Prior military experience as a Commissioned Officer, Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, and/or senior level DoD government experience (O5-O6, E8-E9, GS14-15)
