POSITION PURPOSE:

Reporting to the Copper and Salt Northwest Kitchen management, the Host Person is responsible for welcoming guests, reservation management, controlling the flow of the restaurant, side work, to go orders and other reasonable requests made by guests and management. The Host Person works closely with other restaurant team members and management to assist in elevating the restaurant experience and exceed our guest’s expectations.

Wage Range is $17.00 - $18.00 per hour and is based on tenure, applicable experience and work history.

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY: Discretionary annual bonus program

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

EXPERIENCE: Experience in hotels preferred, customer service required

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or its equivalent

• o Excellent communication skills
• o Ability to adapt to changing business demands and guest needs
• o Ability to work a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, AM, PM
• o Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor
