We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Food and Beverage Director to work in the best luxury hotel in Tacoma. JOB TITLE: Assistant Food and Beverage Director
POSITION PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Assistant General Manager of the Food and Beverage Division, the Assistant Food and Beverage Director fulfills a multifaceted role essential to Silver Cloud’s success. You will support a seamless operation of all food and beverage services, including a restaurant, bars, and catering. Collaborating with the Executive Chef, AGM and other department heads, you will contribute to menu planning, promotions, and maintain high standards of quality to exceed our guest expectations. Financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization, is a key aspect of their responsibilities, alongside staff training and development to uphold service excellence. You will also oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, build relationships with suppliers, and play a vital “hands on” role in enhancing the hotel's reputation and profitability within the competitive hospitality industry.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five years related leadership experience in hotels’ multi-faceted operations desired, managing multiple direct reports.
EDUCATION: College degree preferred
· Proficiency with financial statements
COMPENSATION: Wage Range is $82,000 - $86,000 annually and is based on applicable experience and work history.
