POSITION PURPOSE:

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Front Office Manager is responsible for supporting the Front Desk, Valet Parking and Guest Services team and operations. The Front Office Manager will coordinate staffing levels and training, interdepartmental communications, and delivery of elevated guest experience.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

EXPERIENCE: Experience in hotel front office operations, hotel supervisor, or hotel rooms management preferred

EDUCATION: College degree preferred; plus 2-5 years in related hotel management experience.

• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing business demands, guest and team member needs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, AM, PM overnight or overtime is needed
• Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience building and support teams
• Previous experience with assessing guest feedback to enhance guest experience
• COMPENSATION:

Salary Range is $72,000 - $76,000 annually and is based on applicable experience and work history.
