Nashville based production rental company with local and national clients. The ideal candidate is extremely organized and willing to be flexible with being assigned a variety of tasks. A background in customer service and/or experience in an office is a plus. The hours are Monday through Friday, 9 to 5. The dress code is relaxed, and the atmosphere is fun and family-like. We hope that our next hire will have a positive outlook and want to be part of the fun. Our preference would be for a mature individual who has a passion for music and but knows when it’s time to get serious. This is not a dull place to work, but the tasks require attention to detail. Time management and ability to multi-task without supervision are essential to your success in this position.
Please note that while this position is in our Nashville office, you will also be working with remote team members.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating invoices for clients
- Issuing refunds to clients
- Printing and filing payment confirmations
- Keeping track of open invoices, and following up with clients on overdue payments
- Updating digital platforms, calendars and physical files
- Email with clients to answer questions and collect information
- Completing vendor documents and registration forms
- Receiving and reviewing POs
- Assist with taking payments using the Square platform
- Answer phones on a multi-line system
- Database entry and maintenance
- Maintain weekly and monthly calendars
- Engage and interact in professional verbal and written communications with clients
- Maintain an attitude of exceptional customer service
- Multitask and work well with team members in a casual office environment
Required Qualifications:
- Currently reside in the greater Nashville area
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, office administration and/or a related field
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Square's online payment processing system
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Great organizational skills
- Excellent people skills via phone
- Ability to complete a variety of tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional demeanor
