Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring for a RN/Clinical Supervisor in our Memphis, TN office and offering a $5,000 sign on bonus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the clinical oversight from admission through discharge of homecare clients and patients served. This oversight will include supervision of:

* Care management and personnel management associated with the clinical delivery.

* Orientation and ongoing evaluation of homecare caregivers.

* The assurance of clinical skills and competency of caregivers.

* Caregiver development through education and training under the direction of the office clinical leader.

* The position will be both in office and field facing with travel required to patient homes for onsite visits

Minimum Requirements:

* Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located)

* Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred

* Supervisory experience preferred

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required

* Proficiency in the English language is required

* Looking for a team player with skills in time management, organization, and customer service

Salary Details:

Compensation: $68,000 - $75,000 plus annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly
