This oversight will include supervision of:* Care management and personnel management associated with the clinical delivery.* Orientation and ongoing evaluation of homecare caregivers.* The assurance of clinical skills and competency of caregivers.* Caregiver development through education and training under the direction of the office clinical leader.* The position will be both in office and field facing with travel required to patient homes for onsite visitsMinimum Requirements:* Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located)* Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred* Supervisory experience preferred* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required* Proficiency in the English language is required* Looking for a team player with skills in time management, organization, and customer serviceSalary Details:Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 plus annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterlyAbout Maxim Healthcare ServicesMaxim Healthcare Services has been making a difference in the lives of our patients, caregivers, employees and communities for more than 30 years.
