POSITION: Human Resource Assistant
REPORTS TO: Human Resource Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resource Assistant is required to assist the HR department with HR functions.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Human Resource Assistant is responsible for accepting and reveiwing HHA/ CDPAP PA applications. Conducting orientation for HHAs. Entering demographics of HHA into HHA Exchange.
EQUIPMENT OPERATION:
Office equipment, Computer, Telephones and Files.
1.Assists Human Resource staff when needed.
2.Maintains friendly working atmosphere.
3.Maintains professional attitude.
4.Maintains professional appearance
5.Accepts constructive criticism as evidenced by appropriate changes in behavior.
6.Utilizes established channels of communication
7.Recognizes, accepts and respects people as individuals

10.Provides customers with opportunity for feedback on a regular basis
SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
1.Demonstrates knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
2.Demonstrates ability to write concise reports.
3.Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with various staff to ensure programs are running smoothly and professionally.
4. Ability to learn fast
5. Sense of urgency
