Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our Homecare team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting clients and caregivers, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

* Greet clients and caregivers in a warm and welcoming manner

* Answer and direct phone calls in English and Spanish

* Schedule appointments and manage calendars

* Maintain accurate records and files

* Provide information and support to clients and caregivers

* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

* Communicate effectively with staff and management

* Perform other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* 1-2 years of receptionist or customer service experience

* Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software

* Friendly and welcoming demeanor

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
