Customer Service Representative to maintain an existing client data base and input work into a POS system daily.
Your job would be to make sure a list of clients are contacted monthly, so they don't slip through the cracks and forgotten about.
You would follow these jobs as they go throught the different departments, to make sure we are on track for the clients due date at a production meeting every day.
Then follow up with the client and thank them for the business, ask them what we can do to improve the experience with us for their next order.
