A Signal Coordinator provides functional leadership to Signal’s team of Security Officers through the development and implementation of policies and practices essential to the effective management of day-to-day operations.

Schedule: Full Time; Multiple Shifts

Pay Rate: $20-22 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a CLEET security license or the ability to obtain certification.
• Must have experience leading a team of employees.
• Prefer that the applicant has security-related experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• You will either be operating our patrol vehicle, along with surveying our sites on foot, or working a specific site for the duration of your shift. You will be engaging the community and providing security and peace of mind for our valued clients.
• Our Security Officers play a vital role by actively observing their surroundings, positively engaging with the community, and responding to emergency situations.
• You will be using the latest technology in the security industry to annotate detailed and accurate reports.
• You will be monitoring the scheduling of shifts for officers
• Help assist with officer and team development
• Assisting with office duties as needed.
