We are looking for acompetent Logistics Coordinator to oversee andfacilitate the supply chain operations of our company. You will bethe one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve theeffective distribution of goods.

You will be responsible tocoordinate good leaving factory through arrival at thecustomer.

A great asset for a Logistics Coordinator istheir communication and negotiation skills. They are alsowellversed in supply management principles and practices.

Candidatemust have experience with goods produced in China and shipped tothe US.

Responsibilities

Coordinateand monitor supply chainoperations

Manage the day to dayoperations that support supply chain order fulfillment warehouseand customer support.

• Ensure premisesassets and communication ways are usedeffectively
• Build strong relationships toensure value cost and service alignment
• Utilizelogistics IT to optimize procedures
• Superviseorders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment toensure they meet needs
• Responsible for supplychain from origin to receipt in warehouse through delivery tocustomer B2C drop ship / B2B Wholesale direct ship to store ecommercedrop ship.
• Communicate with suppliers retailerscustomers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutualsatisfaction
• Plan and track the shipment offinal products according to customerrequirements
• Keep logs and records of warehousestock executed orders etc.
• Forecast inventoryneeds based on sales trends
• Prepare accuratereports for uppermanagement

Requirements

• Provenexperience as a logistics coordinator
• StrongExcel skills is a MUST.
• Experience in customerservice will be appreciated
• Knowledge of lawsregulations and ISO requirements
• Ability towork with little supervision and track multipleprocesses
• Computersavvy with a workingknowledge of logistics software(ERP)
• Outstanding organizational andcoordination abilities
• Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
• BSc / BA in businessadministration supply chain management or relevantfield
