As an Account Director at Siegel Gale, you will:

  • Help manage the development of strategic brand programs, owning all aspects of project management from strategic phases though implementation
  • Manage 3-5 accounts, varying in size and scope
  • Establish a close and respected relationship with clients; be viewed as a partner
  • Develop budget, schedules, scope of resources for various projects, new business, pitches, and partner with other team members
  • Develop long term account plans and be accountable for growing revenue
  • Own definition and delivery of new business and firm-wide assignments through partnerships with subject matter experts
  • Manage daily oversight of projects, working closely with team members to monitor progress, contribute ideas and be an advocate for the client and S G
  • Anticipate client needs and provide an avenue for S G new business opportunities
  • Participate in business development by writing proposals and attending pitches
  • Extend clients through plausible project plans
  • Oversee Account Managers and Account Coordinators

You’re a great fit for this position if you have:

  • 10 years agency experience
  • Experience managing digital projects and digital strategy
  • Mastery of the breadth of tools and techniques and practice of project management including risk assessment, budget and revenue planning
  • Fluency in all core services across brand-related initiatives
  • Strong commercial sense
  • Ability to simplify
  • Deep working experience on a mix of small and large engagements across industries
  • Demonstrated ability in client and team relationship building, conflict resolution and executive functions

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $160,000. This does not include benefits and PTO.
