As a Group Account Director, you’ll lead the P&L for a segment of the Movers Shakers business, and you’ll own the relationship and revenue growth of these key accounts. Internally, you’ll lead our cross-functional team to deliver innovative work. You’ll juggle competing priorities, from pricing to resourcing, as you grow your revenue and profitability. Externally, you’ll lead our clients to success they dreamed of. You’ll intuit their needs and inspire them with what’s possible.
We’re looking for a savvy business leader: someone who deeply understands an agency P&L and how we grow, and equally understands a client CMO’s business struggles and how they grow. We need a socially-native thinker, who understands how to use social media to drive key client outcomes.

BASE SALARY RANGE
Our estimated range for this role is $180,000 - 210,000*
*Don’t let this range drive your decision to apply. Actual compensation packages are based on the level of skill and experience each candidate brings to their role. Similarly, there might also be a more senior or junior position available, that would be a better fit with your expertise. For example, a person may apply for a Senior Creative Producer role, and we may assess that their skills are at the Creative Producer level. Each level has its own compensation range.
