Civil APM needed for a great Heavy Civil Contractor
Your new company
A well-respected Civil Contractor who operates in Atlanta and throughout the Southeastern US, specializing in various civil projects including site development, grading, excavating, underground utilities, and other heavy civil construction. They are an established civil contractor who have been in the industry for years, have a solid reputation, great company culture, and lots of upcoming projects.
Your new role
Responsibilities include managing scope of work, supporting procurement, supporting contracts, monitoring materials and billing, approving subcontractor invoicing, reviewing submittals, monitoring deviations in scope, maintaining job files, generating RFI's, and more.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you should have a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience on heavy civil, site development, excavation, and/or underground utility construction.
