Thomas & Hutton is Hiring a Project Manager / Project Engineer Civil Site Development Near Atlanta, GA
Thomas & Hutton has an opening for a Civil Site Development Project Manager / Engineer in Chamblee, GA (Atlanta). The position requires a strong understanding of civil site design and development with previous experience working with water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure design projects. Previous experience producing plans and working with private clients in a consulting environment required. This role requires regular interaction with our clients. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required. Working knowledge of Civil 3D software required. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and P.E. required.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Registered Professional Engineer required.
Skills:
- 5 year’s experience in the design of public and private projects.
- Experience producing commercial, residential or industrial design plans.
- Experience managing civil site development projects for residential, commercial, and/or industrial clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working experience with Autocad, preferably Civil 3D.
- Business development skills.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Understanding of Business Financial Information.
