Job Overview:
Shriners Children's is the premier pediatric burn, orthopedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center. We have an opportunity for a Housekeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities:
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning all areas of the hospital and/or patient housing in a thorough and professional manner. This position is an important part of our team because you will keep the patient's room clean so the patient/family will focus on healing. Cleaning services include but are not limited to sweeping, damp mopping and waxing floors; vacuuming rugs, carpets, upholstery and draperies; dust furniture, washes walls, ceilings, air vents, woodwork, blinds, windows, door panels and base boards, disinfecting horizontal, vertical, equipment, and high touch areas according to departmental policies.

Qualifications:
Education
High School diploma preferred
Experience
1 year experience preferred
Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions in English.
