Qualifications

You are degree-qualified in environmental sciences or engineering or any other relevant subject.

You have a reputation for your skill in identifying and resolving new problems before they become obvious. You are recognized as an innovator of original solutions to clients’ most urgent issues.

You are a seller-doer responsible for both generating business and delivering services. You are driven to succeed with a proven track record of business growth in environmental consulting.

You have excellent time management skills, finding time to both generate new business and deliver high-quality services.

You have a deep understanding of your field and provide valuable insights and advice to your clients.

You are a thought-leader and stay up to date with the latest developments in your field.

You analyze complex problems and data to develop effective solutions.

You are organized and can manage projects, internal and external clients, and teams. You manage client expectations, ensuring that you deliver on your promises.

You communicate clearly and effectively. You have the proven ability to build new relationships and work collaboratively with both new and existing clients.

You adapt to new situations and challenges and can work effectively in a variety of environments.

Benefits Summary: Regular full-time and part-time employees have access to medical, dental, and vision plans, a wellness program, health saving accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase program, life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, short-term/long-term disability plans, emergency travel benefits, tuition reimbursement, professional membership fee coverage and paid family leave. Regular full-time and part-time employees will receive ten paid holidays in each calendar year. In addition, employees will be eligible to accrue vacation between 10 and 20 days per year and eligible for paid sick leave (and if more generous, in accordance with state and local law).

Temporary/casual employees have access to 401(k) plans, employee stock purchase program, and paid leave, in accordance with state and local law.
