Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Catering and Events Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of catering orders and event planning, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service for our clients. From intimate gatherings to large-scale events, you will play a key role in promoting our brand and delivering memorable experiences centered around our delicious vegan cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for catering inquiries and event bookings, providing prompt and courteous responses to client requests.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and guidance to create custom catering menus and event packages.
  • Coordinate all logistics for catering orders and events, including menu planning, staffing, equipment rentals, and transportation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with internal teams, including kitchen staff and event coordinators, to guarantee smooth execution of catering orders and events.
  • Oversee on-site operations during events, supervising catering staff and ensuring that service standards are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain detailed records of catering orders, event contracts, and client feedback to facilitate continuous improvement and future business development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in catering, event planning, or hospitality management is highly desirable.
  • Passion for plant-based cuisine and a commitment to promoting vegan values is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, depending on catering and event schedules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
