Spartan Surfaces is looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Showroom Manager to oversee operations at our 6,000 sq/ft showroom. This full-time, on-site role involves managing showroom maintenance, coordinating events, and ensuring a high-quality experience for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory of samples and office supplies.
• Manage outsourced services including cleaning and office maintenance.
• Coordinate logistics for courier sample deliveries.
• Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Ability to solve problems independently and take direction when necessary.
• Capability to perform physical tasks associated with showroom upkeep.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Comfortable engaging and entertaining guests, including clients and suppliers.
• Enthusiasm for innovation and problem-solving.
• Experience in handling challenging conversations and providing constructive feedback.
