ShotVet is the fastest growing mobile Vet clinics in America. As we are growing, we're seeking devoted and passionate team members as a Virtual Leads/ Veterinary Receptionist's to our Paw Center in the morning, afternoon, or evening times.

Our culture and environment is a fast-paced with multitasking required. We have a fun atmosphere in the Paw Center while at the same time providing excellent veterinary service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a requirement. Previous call center or being able to balance multi-phone line experience is a plus.

The Veterinary Receptionist provides the first impression to pet parents reaching out to us. Friendly, professional and courteous is critical. You are the first contact Brand Ambassador for ShotVet! Our top priority is the pets and their parents. We strive to create "Magical Moments" during every interaction.

Call Center Representatives help our clients understand the importance of each vaccine/ preventative Rx medications for their pets. Helping them choose the correct package we offer and collecting payment.
