SEH is currently searching for a talented HR Coordinator to join our team! This position is expected to be fully remote.

What you will be doing:

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the HR employee relations and benefits departments:
  • Inputs employee data and verifies entries against forms or records.
  • Generates and executes basic reports or queries and provides summaries of data for use in analysis or decision making; validates output against systems.
  • Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
  • Assists in the creation, preparation and maintenance of documentation as needed.
  • Schedules meetings and calendar reminders for HR staff and other stakeholders.
  • Processes employee status changes; maintains records of completed transactions.
  • Answers basic employee questions about human resources policies, processes and resources.
  • Send communications to supervisors or employees in response to their questions or to notify when additional information or action is needed.
  • Perform regular reviews and audits of employee data from various systems; investigates data discrepancies; notifies HR staff when additional follow-up is needed.
  • Supports corporate HR programs and projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Previous work history in a professional office environment
  • Basic to Intermediate experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Experience in research, data analysis and reporting
  • Organized, customer-focused, articulate communicator, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in an administrative assistant role or similar
  • Experience working in an HRIS system
  • Knowledge of Human Resources processes and best practices
  • Experience in SharePoint
  • Technological aptitude
