Shoreline Partners is Hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative CSR
- Greet all customers and incoming calls with high energy and in an engaging manner.
- Answer inquiries and direct customers and calls to the appropriate associates.
- Respond and communicate with clients, co-workers, and vendors via email, phone, and web chat.
- Promote and increase client retention and sales.
- Assist clients with product, billing, and/or order questions including assistance in placing orders.
- Work in teams to achieve company goals.
- Be willing to learn something new every day and apply it to future customer interactions
- Making sure every customer interaction results in a great customer experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner.
- Build enduring relationships with agents, customers and team members
- Resolve any concerns for the client to provide ease.
- Assist with occasional piecework/processing jobs as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Understand and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Have basic internet navigation skills.
- Be a self-motivated individual to meet & exceed goals
- Have a strong understanding of the importance of Customer Service and how to be effective at it.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.
- Have a willingness to constantly improve.
- Capacity to work in a fast-pace supporting the rapid growth of our customer base.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
