VBM Technology Management Partners is Hiring an Administrative/Customer Service Representative Near Wasilla, AK

Valley Business Machines, Inc., also known as VBM Technology Management Partners, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative. As a primary point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional concierge service and ensuring their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Collecting Copier Meter Counts: Regularly gather and accurately record meter counts from our copier machines for billing purposes.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Answering Phones: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments and providing basic information as needed.
- Representative of VBM Technology Management Partners: Act as the voice and face of our company by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients, visitors, and employees.
- Service Call Management: Enter and manage service calls in our system, coordinate with the technical team for timely response and resolution of customer issues, and keep customers informed about the status of their service requests.
- Payment Collection: Collect and process payments from customers accurately and securely, maintain detailed records, and provide receipts when necessary.
- Supply Orders: Assist in staging and fulfilling supply orders, collaborate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Copy and Print Jobs: Perform copy and print jobs for clients, ensuring high-quality outputs, operating printing and copying equipment with precision, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- General Administrative Tasks: Provide support in various administrative tasks, including data entry, document filing, schedule organization, and office supply management.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professionalism and a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as copiers and printers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to assist in other reasonable tasks to support the success of the company.
