As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our busy sales and service department.
**Job Summary:**
The Business Development Representative will play a key role in driving our dealership's success by managing and responding to sales leads from the internet and inbound sales calls. Additionally, the representative will be responsible for following up with service customers to ensure their satisfaction and to foster repeat business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to internet and phone sales inquiries to generate sales appointments.
- Manage the customer relationship management (CRM) database to ensure all customer interactions are documented.
- Follow up with customers after sales and service visits to gather feedback and promote customer loyalty.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to understand and meet customer needs.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
