Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Phone Representative to join our team at Shore Inflatables. As a Phone Representative for selling Party Rental Products, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Make warm calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inside sales or phone-based sales is preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Spanish a plus
- Proven ability to market and sell products or services effectively
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
