Job Description:

As a New Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence across various platforms. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our office, with the expectation of attending in-office meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book).

Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience, including videos, posts, and stories.

Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies to ensure our social media efforts remain cutting-edge.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of the internet and social media platforms, especially TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Excellent communication and creative skills, with the ability to produce engaging content.

Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Flexibility to work remotely or in-office, with availability for occasional in-office meetings.
