Ship Central is a leading 3PL and drop shipping partner in the fulfillment industry. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Effectively Discuss Services: Articulate the features and benefits of our services, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Fact-Finding and Information Gathering: Skillfully gather and analyze important information to tailor services to meet customer needs.
• Billing Process Management: Ensure the accurate and timely completion of the billing process for assigned accounts.
• Account Setup and Onboarding: Take responsibility for onboarding new accounts, guiding clients through system training for their accounts.
• Knowledge of Services and Pricing Structure: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our services and pricing to effectively communicate with clients.
• Rapport Building and Follow-Up: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients through rapport building and consistent follow-up.
• Answering client questions via email and inbound calls for new clients and handling 50-100 emails a day
• Handling incoming leads and being held accountable to the conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of Phone Sales Experience: Proven track record in phone sales with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• 1-2 years Managing Own Accounts: Experience in independently managing customer accounts, demonstrating accountability and results.
• Strong Customer Service Skills: A dedication to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.
• Problem Solving: Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
• Experience in Logistics, Fulfillment, and Private Label Supplement Drop shipping: Familiarity with the logistics, fulfillment, and drop shipping processes, especially in the context of private label supplements.
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to articulate product/service features and benefits.
• Experience with Zoho or Other CRM Systems: Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, particularly Zoho or similar systems.
• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills: Ability to think strategically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional Appearance: Present a polished and professional image representing the company.
• Customer Oriented: Focus on understanding and meeting customer needs, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Typing Skills: Typing speed of 60-100 words per minute to efficiently handle customer inquiries and documentation.
