About the role
You will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational improvements. This position is ideal for an analytical thinker with 2-3 years of experience who thrives on diving deep into data sets, identifying trends, and communicating findings to stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights within datasets.
* Clean, preprocess, and manipulate data to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
* Develop and maintain ETL processes to streamline data workflows and automate data extraction and transformation tasks.
* Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations to present insights and key performance metrics.
* Respond to ad hoc data requests and provide timely analysis and reports to support decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support.
* Define and track KPIs, metrics, and performance targets to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
* Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analysis and business intelligence.
* Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
* Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.


About you
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or analytical role.
* Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data analysis and manipulation.
* Experience with statistical analysis techniques and tools for hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and predictive modeling.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex analytical challenges.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
* Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and methodologies is a plus.
* Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field is desirable but not required.
