```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations and ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. Duties:
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and place orders as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee floor care maintenance, including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and tile/grout cleaning
- Manage the budget for the housekeeping department

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, techniques, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus
- Experience in custodial services is preferred
