We are looking for a self-motivated, fast learning, energetic individual that will perform a variety of Front Desk Agent and clerical tasks in our corporate office. The ideal candidate should be flexible and able to adapt to a work environment that requires frequent shifts in direction. The Front Desk Agent should have great communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, providing assistance as needed
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
