A client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is looking to bring on a Management Analyst. This position is 100% remote, however, individuals must be local to AZ. The contract’s duration is 24 months. *W2 and local only.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes documentation. Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, and proactively identify and address any issues or risks. Prepare and distribute project status reports, updates, and presentations to stakeholders as needed.
Assist with the monitoring and tracking of Performance Metrics associated with the overall Project Health. Assist with Project Governance and Oversight activities and requirements including facilitation of action items and requests, Risk Assessment report response, and project deliverable feedback and tracking. Assist with the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for project implementation. Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including change orders, and correspondence.

Proficient analytical skills to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, consolidate details and prepare associated requirements and reporting. Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks and activities across multiple teams. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and track action items.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
Skilled in Office software including MS Office and Google Suite.
SKILLS PREFFERED:
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Azure DevOps is preferred. |
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Strong organization and communication skills.
Experience working on large scale software deployments.
Experience with PMI Project Lifecycle methodologies including Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile is preferred.
Experience in MS Project and Azure DevOps preferred.
EXPERIENCE PREFFERED:
10 years of experience in business analysis (or equivalent experience) |
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or 10 years of experience in business analysis (or equivalent experience) PMI certification a plus Scrum Master a plus Lean or Six-sigma certification a plus.
