Full-time - Base - $130k - $155k, 15% bonus target
Position summary: The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for the support, organization, coordination and presentation of data and analyses relating to financials, contracts, and project metrics. The candidate will build, validate and maintain analytical reporting using data extracted from various systems to ensure fiscal, project and resource compliance. This role will bring value by helping drive insights that allow leadership to make informed and thoughtful business
Very small team - most of their work (Reporting, Spreadsheets, etc.) is done manually, very little automation so these people both need to be very hands on whether Manager or Analyst types.
5-8 years is probably the sweet spot for the Manager level role, but they are open to seeing any profiles that fit in general.
The Manager role will have one direct report and possibly two depending on the seniority of the contractor once hired.
