Job Purpose: The Head Golf Professional is responsible for the daily management and operations of the golf department. The Head Golf Professional is responsible for promoting the game of golf through leadership and an operational structure that provides a “first class” environment for our members and their guests.

Education, Experience Requirements and Qualifications:
Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Must be able to lift 25 lbs., as well as sit/stand for extended periods of time. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, lifting, bending, stooping, squatting. This position works outside regularly.
Work Schedule and Hours: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary based on business levels. Weekend work is required. Must be available to work additional hours as needed including peak golf season where work weeks can be 50-60 hours. This position is required to work all Sharon Heights Golf & Country Club holidays.
Pay Rate: This is an exempt position ranging from $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 annually. Varies based on experience.
