Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have
- Handle guest requests promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and faxing
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
