Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team. The Dental Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for handling insurance verification, filing claims, monitoring and following-up on outstanding dental claims, and appeals.
Responsibilities:
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
- Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
- Review and assign appropriate documentation for services rendered
- Resolving insurance-related issues and inquires from patients for claims processing
Requirements:
- Three years dental insurance experience
- Over all knowledge of dental procedures and dental insurance plan coverages
- Experience with insurance verification and claims processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and insurance companies
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic dental office where your skills will be valued.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
