• Oversee the Inclusion Program including supervising Inclusion Counselors and pairing the counselors with Inclusion campers based on their needs.
• Maintain appropriate paperwork on children including the Inclusion Questionnaire families fill out before camp.
• Plan and implement communication plans, such as daily communication reports, between Inclusion Counselors and the families they work with.
• Participate in planning sessions before the start of camp.
• Train seasonal camp staff on all aspects of the Inclusion Program during orientation.
• Address camper behaviors in and out of the Inclusion Program.
• Provide ongoing support for all camp staff during the summer months.
• Communicate with parents regarding: Accidents, Illnesses, & Incidents

• The Camper Care Coordinator must have knowledge and competency of child development for children grades K-6
• A degree in childhood education/psychology/therapeutic recreation is a plus but not required
• Must be at least 18 by the start of camp and able to pass a background check.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Works well collaboratively in a team environment.
• Pass all required criminal history background checks (which may, depending on the position you are hired for, include an FBI fingerprint check).

• Must be able to meet routine office physical demands including climbing stairs, carrying up to 20-pound objects and possessing the dexterity and vision to operate office computers and equipment.
