Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Manage and train staff to ensure excellent service
• Create and maintain employee schedules
• Process payroll and manage labor costs
• Order and manage inventory
• Perform cash accounting duties
• Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Must be Serv Safe certified
• Proven experience in restaurant supervision, payroll, scheduling, inventory ordering, and cash accounting
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and retain employees
• Extensive knowledge of restaurant equipment and operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• Must pass a Pennsylvania criminal background check

Compensation:

• Monthly salary of $ 4,000 - 4,800 depending on prior experience
