As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction
- Utilize bilingual skills (Spanish/English) to assist customers who require language support
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry systems
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet service level agreements

Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in outbound calling and sales is preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English is highly desirable
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
