Responsibilities:

* -Prepare and post daily journal entries

* -Review and research accounting schedules

* -Monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts

* -Learn all aspects of accounting office

* -Analyze income statement for month-end close

* -Participate in annual external audit

* -Build relationships with operational managers

* -Perform ad hoc analyses and projects as needed

* -Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardizations

* -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete and accurate accounting

Requirements:

* -BS/BA Degree in Accounting or Business with some accounting coursework

* -CPA or CPA eligible, preferred

* -Public accounting experience a plus

* -Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines

* -Team player with a flexible and open attitude

* -Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

* -Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge

* -Genuine desire to serve
